Found blood in motion
Hi Doctor,
my son is 18months old and he is having 12.5 as weight. yesterday when he passed motion I have seen slight blood. what causes it and what are the steps I need to take at home.

Dear parents,
If fresh blood seen it can be due to anal fissure. Abrasion in anal mucosa.
Apply ointment sucral ano locally 3to4times.in anus with applicator.
If giving top milk add sugar as per our taste.
According to me follow this diet schedule stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet like Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi, idle, poha etc & from 8pm to 8am give milk if mother milk available preferable if not give toned milk adding sugar as per our taste by glass or katori spoon
