  4. Fracture healing. I immobilize my arm?

I have a broken humerus, spiral fracture that has been healing but I got angry and threw something and hurt my arm. There was soft callus forming but now I am worried I screwed everything up. Should I immobilize my arm? I can move it still slightly just not as good as before when I was healing

Better get x ray done if heat was power full What was initial treatment fixation or reduction plaster detail history needed
