I was go through a operation of dns. Is nasal bone fracture after operation. Is the nasal bone affected.

Hi .. nasal septum and nasal bone are different parts of nose ..nasal septum is the midline bony cartilagenous partition in your nose while nasal bone is the outer bony part of the nose...so If you undergo dns operation it certainly won't affect or fracture your nasal bone...
