Freedase 30
As i have pcod, my gynaec prescribed me to have Freedase 30 to regularise my periods, i ate it till 14days but i missed the 15th day, n i continued to eat it from the 16th day, so as i missed it for one day should i continue having it or should i start the 21 day's course again? And as i have missed my one day of having pill, will my periods will be on time?

You need to have them regularly same time everyday
If u forget 2 to 3 days , you will have wrong cycles and bleeding intermittently
Even if u missed 1 day
You can continue having it as prescribed
