I am suffering from frenulum breve, frenulum of penis is tight when erected but in relaxed state foreskin moves fully downwards, dr suggest frenuloplasty which is best Stichless or with stitch frenuloplasty

Frenuloplasty with stiches is best, without stich there might be tearing again while having sexual activity. Can go ahead as your doctor suggested.
