Frenulum is attached to head of penis
Hi,
When penia is not erected, frenulum can easily be moved up and down but when it is erected, it get hurts while pulling it down. Some part of frenulum is still attached to head of penis and not automatically moves down while penis erected.
What're the suggestion?
