While having sex my frenulum got ruptured badly and it was bleeding and how to cure it and does it effect in future aspects

For a freanulum to rupture during intercourse is very common. It will automatically heal within 10 to 12 days. I would suggest you to keep the area dry. Do not frequently wash under water, etc. Instead you must wipe it with a swab of savlon thrice a day. The pain and Itching can increase for 4 to 5 days after which it will reduce. If you see signs of pus or swelling, it indicates infection and you must then show it to a doctor.
