Frequent cold during preg
HI doctor iam now in 2 trimester of pregnancy and iam getting frequent cold due to weather change and in this pregnancy I have mostly taken many tablets and once I had been on antibiotic and since iam scared that it would be a problem taking to much of tablets iam consuming sinarest tonic 10ml will it affect my baby

Hi
I can understand your concern about your pregnancy. You may be allergic to certain items and that could be the reasons for frequent cold.so try to find out if possible with what you are uncomfortable and avoid it.
Secondly try some home remedies like steam inhalation,saline warm water gargling,drinking lime juice , citrus fruits etc.
You can also practice breathing exercises.
Coming to drugs...There are so many drugs safe in pregnancy and your doctor will definitely take precautions in prescribing medicines.
Don't buy over the counter medicines.
