Frequent cough & fever from last 6 month
My 3 years old son having frequently cough and fever from last 6 month. Fever will be for 3 days and cough for a week. He will be fine for Max 10 days and again he will have cough. For fever we are giving Calpol and for cough Aasthalin inhaler & budecort inhaler. Pls suggest best solution.

There are a few questions that need to be answered... whether all the bouts of fever are actual infections that required significant treatment or did they subside without treatment etc? Is there a history of asthma in the family? What are the doses of the inhaler medicine he is taking? Has the symptoms reduced after starting the therapy?
