Frequent cough and urge for vomiting
I have sinositis since childhood. I used to have runny nose more often. However, it recovered for a quite a while until it reappeared again recently. Now I feel like sth is stuck in my throat. I have urge for vomitting if anything touch my neck. I have this urge even having morning meals. Is this due to coughs clogged in my throat?

As per your description it looks like you have post nasal drip..due to sinonasal pathology..may have hyperacidity or acid reflux.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.
