Frequent fever, cures with paracetomol
My son is 3yrs 7months old, from lost 15 days he is suffering from fever, symptoms reduces with paracetamol, why it is so, from lost 3 -4 days he suffered from mouth ulcer, it is ok now, but cough and cold also threre, what might be the reason
