I would advise you to meet a MD general physician so that you can be evaluated and undergo further investigations such as serology tests, etc to find the underlying cause. I would advise you to get dewormed if you haven't in 6 months. These following lifestyle changes may help: - Don't skip meals and have a healthy well balanced diet. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day - Exercise regularly for a minimum of 45 mins - Increase daily intake of water to 3liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
