Frequent Headache
Hello Doctor, After delivery of my 2nd baby in January 2020, I am facing frequent headache i.e. once or twice a week. Headache is quite unbearable. I observed, it happens when I think something deeply,when I feel anxiety, I speak loudly, etc. Please advise me and get me rid of this killing headache. Thanking You Doctor !

Hello... Madam... Need to know if your headache is prominent in morning, associated with vomiting or nausea or vision blurring... Get yourself checked for eye fundoscopy also to know if there is swelling... As there are some reasons after delivery which may cause headache... Based on this eye check we can decide if you need an MRI or not...

As u halve just delivered there are changes in ur life and body. Need to ask support from ur husband for new responsibilities and addition in family. Do regular walks and check diet.
Next Steps
Try to find some time for urself and do relaxation exercises. Can take sos regular painkillers.
