Frequent Headaches
I work in IT and get headaches after a day of work at least twice a month. Need to know the diagnosis and treatment. Currently I just take disprin to treat it but I'm concerned for long term.

Make changes in your lifestyle and start regular exercises.
If this persists may lead to migraine.
Do use proper posture and work table for laptop.

Do some yoga meditation for the same
Also if there are no red flags like severe pain, postural headache, worsening on coughing or pressure, vision disturbance or any seizures or weakness headache can be managed with disprin
