Frequent miscarriage
My wife has 3 miscarriage in 3 consecutive years and all her reports are normal . Is there something to do with my sperm quality , my semen analysis test is normal . Is there any other tests I should take . We are clueless on why frequent miscarriage.

Hi, Recurrent pregnancy loss could be due to a genetic defect in the embryo, or could also be incompetent cervix ,Also she needs to be checked up with complete history and tests by a Gynaec.

Recurrent pregnancy loss needs detailed Both examination & investigations .                                 1.  Genetic counseling of both of you .  like Karyotyping  ,DNA fragmentation test .                   2 .ANA , Antiphospholipid , cardiolipin antibody tests also to be done .                               3.AMF. HSG (wife ) if not done early .
Next Steps
continue taking folic acid tab daily 0.5 mg .

Hi. Recurrent miscarriages needs more elaborate testing . You both need Karyotyping . You need to do DNA fragmentation index to see the sperm quality .
