Frequent motions and weight loss
Since last one month I am suffering from this problem of passing stool three to four times a day. I consulted a general physician. Who got my blood test and stool test an ultrasound whole abdomen. ESR in my blood was 13000, WBC 2-4 in my stool, low haemoglobin-10. I am was instructed to limited diet and medicine from the doctor. Later seeing fall in my weight doc started b12 injection too. It's been a month now but I am still suffering the same. Sometimes my stool is loose and blackish in colour.

Hi..... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
