Hi I get mouth ulcers every alternative week. I even get them on my tongue. I don't smoke. But I have them almost throughout the month. This causes lot of pain. Is there any permanent way to stop this ? Can you suggest some remedies?

Mouth ulcers can be due to many reasons like stress , vitamin deficiency , hormonal changes etc so try to be calm and relaxed and start multivitamin tablets , you can apply dologelCT ointment on ulcers before eating so that u can eat easily . And visit your dentist to exclude any other serious problem
