I am recently facing frequent pain in my lower legs. I weigh 65kgs and I am 5.2" tall. I am suffering this since more then a week. No pain in joins or calves but in d front side of the lower legs. Can it be because of my weight, or the kind of shoes I am wearing while exercising or some deficiency. I workout 3 days a week for 1 hour and follow healthy eating habits too. Should I run any kind of tests or any other suggestions if you have. I am working towards losing my weight already. The pain comes mostly when I am sitting or sleeping on my bed. I have even stopped wearing heels these days.
