Frequent passage of stool
Baby is of 21days..passing stool 14_15 times..scanty in amount.. Sometimes only few drops.stool contains yellow granules mostly.. He is on exclusive breast feeding.. Passing urine after each feed,is active and sucking well.gave econorm for 4 days.gaining weight sufficiently.giving only hind milk,still no improvement.. Is it normal or require treat

As you have mentioned that baby is gaining weight and also feeding well, do not worry. This may be Gastro-colic reflex which is normal for this age. But still as baby is small it's better to have a physical checkup to rule out any underlying condition.

This is completely normal. Please avoid any medications for this. It is known as GastroColic Reflex and is very commonly seen in babies
