Frequent urination after yoga
I am performing kandhar asana and all pranayams in early morning. After this, I am facing issue of lot of urination after each 30 min intervals. Pee color is just like water. Can anyone let me know what is the reason and what should I do for this?

Its probably the weather or your water intake which is responsible.If you have incontinence only then exercises are required otherwise this is beyond the scope of a Physio and you should check with a physician. frequent urination also is a sign of diabetes.
