Get a urine examination and ultrasonography of abdomen especially for kidney,ureter& bladder to make a preliminary diagnosis.
Consult a surgeon/urologist in the area
Tab flavoxate 200 mg thrice daily is a good symptomatic drug to decrease the frequency
