Frequent urination

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hii doctor I'm 23 weeks pregnant. When I'm in 5th month my urine test result is pus cells: 6-8 hpf, epithelial cells: 8-10 hpf and few bacteria is present . I didn't take any antibiotics I consumed 3 liters daily. But the urine result is repeated in 22 weeks pregnancy now I'm taking toxim o 200 mg . is it a problem in pregnancy .
