Frequent Urination
I go to do urine many times a day. Sometimes it is 7 to 9 times a day and few times it is also 12 to 15 times a day and sometimes it is 5 to 7 times a day. I do not stop my urine . Whenever i feel like doing it I go for it.
quantity of my urine is generally medium. Colour of my urine is clear and very few times it is light yellow.
I feel normal.

If nocturnal frequency is not much and you do not feel any problem,just diurnal frequency may just be due to more fluid intake and mobilisation in the day.
A voiding diary is useful in this setting that is making measurement of exact intake of fluids and measurement of urine output volume with time.
