Asked for Male, 27 Years

Last week i got drop by drop urine i went for complete body check up creatrine normal urina analysis normal but i am urinating frequentlyAlso i am drinking 4lts of water and lt lassi daily my urine quantity is some what less but no pain urination no drops but little pain in area between abodmen area and testis area is exactly where we keep belt hook and zip area are my symptoms indication of uritheal structure can it be helaed normally without surgery or dilation
