I had done angio graphy 3 years back and found D1 70 % block. currently on medicine prescribed by doctors. from last 15 days i have upper back pain frequently.

That's probably unrelated to your heart condition or Medicines... You should get your vit D & B12 levels.. Deficiency of Vitamins can cause radiculopathy causing muscle spasms..
