Hello There. I can understand your concern. it looks like its a viral issue. You need to take paracetamol 650 mg thrice a day after food. along with that, steam inhalations thrice a day. 1.Tab Pan 40 mg twice daily before meals. 2.Tab Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily after meals. 3.Tab Allegra M once at night. 4.Syrup Dilo BM 10 ml thrice daily. 5.Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed for fever and pain 6.Tab Sinarest thrice daily 7. Warm saline Gargles thrice daily 8. Steam inhalation thrice daily
