Injection lepodrax 22.5 mg every three months, zoledronic every month for 21 months, honvan 120 mg tablet thrice a day. Now a days appetite problem. No hunger, heavy chest, what to do

Please share reports about current status of cancer. Loss of appetite may be due to multifactorial ( disease relates or drug induced). Please share latest scan report and PSA report for better opinion
