Front Hip Joint Pain
I have a discomfort when moving my right leg. Mainly the front hip bone joint feels tender. Kind of pain but it goes away when I fold the leg or keep it straight. This may have kicked in because I started doing cardio exercises a few days ago, mainly jogging and brisk walking. I have also felt a similar muscle pull in the past while riding pillion on a two wheeler. As far as I recollect, this situation happens only when the weather is cold. Primarily winter season. Just applied hot water bag and it felt good but walking movement is still not fully free, I have to be cautious not to bend or put sudden pressure on my right leg. Please advice what this could be and what can I do to naturally regain normal leg movement. Thank you so much.
