  4. Front side of neck pain male. Me out!

Front side of neck pain male
I have some different pain near by tonsil area, I dnt know the exact name of the area, below the jaw front side of the neck So this is the pain which is causing backside of my ear going down toward shoulder at right side. I have checked few articles and quite scary. I did not find any lump or swollen area. Request you to help me out!

May be a muscular pain. You may apply hot water bag and observe for a day before any treatment
