Front tooth pain - *Img Attached*
Its for my dad , For past 3 days he has this pain in his lower teeth area in the image when had something hot and generally it aches continously. he had a stunt 6 months back and has diabetis as far his medical condition is concerned . we dont find any dental clinic nearby kindly suggest some tablets or remdy to control this. thanks for your help.

This tooth would mostly need a root canal treatment. X-ray would be needed for a conclusive treatment plan. U can take painkillers as of now . As you are in high risk group for Covid so it’s not advisable for you to go to any hospital for dental treatment. Would need more details of patients medical history to prescribe any tablets .

Hello Don’t panic Start Antibiotics Augmentin 625 mg x 3 days Any anti inflammatory Cause could be anything Since he is cardiac and Diabetic You can take above med as prophylactic Pain will subside You can speak to his physician Pan D 40 for Gastritis

First visit to the nearest dental clinic, emergency treatments can be done,get o.p.g done ,get the diagnosis and treatment plan from dentist,take 5 days course of antibiotics and painkillers,give proper histroy to the dentist for further treatments.Thank you.

The tooth is affected by periodontitis.Also there might be infection which is causing tooth pain.Xray will determine the cause and it can be determined whether and how tooth can be rx Take medication:- Tab Augmentin 625mg twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Apply Hexigel ointment thrice daily for 5 days and rinse with plain water Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days Warm saline rinses between meals Thermoseal repair toothpaste apply for 15 minutes and brush from gum towards the tooth

Hi, Prognosis of tooth is not good. Attrition of teeth is present. For this tooth you have to go for Root canal treatment.

Now its a kind of dental emergency but due to lockdown u can't go outside and even if u manage to go u won't find any dentist so I advice u to plz take a medicine for few days and once the lockdown is over plz visit ur nearby dentist for further treatment Give him tab.Augmentin 625 (after food Tab.ultracet (after food Tab.aciloc rd ( before food 2 times a day for next 3 days
