Frozen feelina in shoulders esp. in bike
I've been experiencing shoulder pain. It feels a little ''frozen" - in a way stiff. The pain gets worse especially when I am in the bike or sleeping. I have searched for symptoms related to this and it does not seem to me that I have frozen shoulders as I feel no pain when raising my arms.

This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. You might actually have frozen shoulder. In early pericapsulitis, rotations are affected and later global range of motion. Try: 1.Hot water compression locally. 2. Shoulder exercises for range of motion and pendulum exercises. 3. Medications like Tendocare, Enzomac and Cartigen DN will help.
Next Steps
visit Orthopaedic Surgeon for evaluation and intrarticular injections if stiffness or pain does not come down after 2 weeks.
Health Tips
with diabetes, there is a strong association of pericapsulitis/frozen shoulder. ideal pain control is required for physiotherapy and overcoming stiffness.
