Medicines don't work much in frozen shoulder. Still you can try: 1. Physiotherapy . 2. Hot water compression thrice daily for 3 weeks. 3. Intrarticular depoprednisolone injection. 4. Medications like Etova-P, Enzomac and Decerin CM will help.

Pain relief is important for recovery in frozen shoulder. Get diabetic status checked.
