Frustration
I do not know why i take pressure too much. I can't give myself 100% to a work. I can't concentrate on study. A negative thoughts always come. How can i recover from that.

Try yoga or some sport for a little bit of removal of frustration. Listen to positive affirmations. Meet a counselor in your area for further help.
