You be rest assured that if you if you are planning to conceive you don’t require these tests unless there is infertility..
These tests are very non specific & often misleading..
There are other tests which should be done in the preconceptional period ( thyroid , diabetes , Rubella, hypertension, hemoglobinopathies ) .
Health condition should be optimised before pregnancy
