Full body scan. Tell me what to test.

Hi , I used to smoke a couple of years back but I have stopped now. I drink very occasionally. I like I run marathons and I am able to do it very comfortably. I am having few symptoms and I like to get a full body check up. Could u suggest me what check up I need to do for 1) what had been damaged due to smoking 2) what has been damaged due to drinking 3) thyroids 4)liver 5) throat 6) after a heavy workout people say my eyes r yellow. This happened recently when I climbed Tirupathi or watch laptop for a long time. I Believe I have some problem with liver so what ever the test is der for this u can include So I would like to know what test I need to do to clear all these queries. It would be helpful if u could tell me what to test. Thanks.
