Fungal infection at Bum

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, I have fungal infection at my Bum. How can I cure the fungal infection of my skin. I visited doctor 2 times for this problem. But it gets cured for time being when I use the medicines and creams prescribed by doctor. But when I stop using it it comes back again. Is there any permanent solution for this.
