Fungal infection can be easily treated. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for few weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area. Please don't apply hh zole cream as it contains steroid which worsens the infection. Kindly send photos for accurate diagnosis or visit a dermatologist. You are not taking proper treatment and it may spread further on your body  and also to other people in the household.
