Your description of fungal infection doesn't seem to be complete. Whether lesions are red or black or white in colour, is it itchy or any other areas body parts affected. Looks like you are suffering from pityriasis versicolor a type of fungal infection which is usually not bothering except for colour changes. It mostly appears in summer months and some people have tendency to get it. Keep the sites dry to prevent further spread. Consult a qualified Dermatologist for treatment. Nothing to worry about much.
