Fungal infection
It started witch itching in the genitals then redness appeard around it, there was swelling nd boils around the labia majora including LM itself, also the burning sensation was throughout and was unbearable while urination.
I’m using panderm+ cream and orally taking itraconazole capsules 100mg twice daily and fexofinadine hydrochloride & montelukast sodium tablets once daily. I’m on medication from last 24 hours.
I’m i doing right?

Kindly first get yourself examined by a gynaecologist near you.
Without examination just taking self medications will not serve the purpose.

Get done complete blood picture, blood sugar level and complete urine examination.With all reports meet to gynaecologist .Itriconazole 200 mg bid you take with azithromycin.Drink plenty of water and vaginal tablet also needed.
