Fungal infection on skin

I can understand your concern.
This is what is your problem.
You try to play doctor doctor on yourself by self prescribing and also
By taking drugs directly from pharmacy without having any knowledge about anything.
It's a fungal infections and what you are using is a steroid preparation which would just increase the problem.
Consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management. Don't always think about saving a few bucks and playing with your health.
