Fybrides problem
Mam I have 2 fibroids in uterus measure 19 mm in thickness, both overies are visualized and show dominent follicle. Rt. Ovary 2.9 *1.9 cm. 19 mm follical Lt. Ovary 3.7*2.3 mm. 18 mm follical I consulted the doctor they said need surgery, but is thing any available with out surgery I get pregnant

the size of the fibroids are very small so you should be able to conceive without a myomectomy, but for a correct opinion your full history and usg report is necessary

Hello. Lot of factors decide whether fibroid needs removal or not. 19mm is a smash fibroid per se. If fibroid is distorting endometrial cavity, it will need myomectomy. I will be able to guide you better if u share your ultrasound report

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  But unfortunately, i haven't been able to understand the last part of the question. The fibroid will have to be removed surgically itself.
