I got injury (atfl and CFL )on Nov 2019, it's been almost 2years .. but I feel pain sometimes. Please suggest me something.

Since it is an old injury now and still troubling you, you should get investigated to know the current status of the injury..MRI ankle would be good in this condition.. Old injury may cause secondary arthritic changes around the joint causing pain..
Next Steps
Apply crepe bandage over Ankle, avoid active weight bearing walking and standing.. You may take analgesic for pain relief..

Active toe movements may be continued..
