Gaining weight, unhappy generally
I am generally not happy most of the time, my menstruation cycles are screwed up lately, im eating too much, skipping days at work with random excuses because i just dont feel like going, i hate confronting or spending time with my inlaws because i end up compromising a lot around them. The thing is all this was there even earlier but it only worsened after dad passed away 3 months ago. When i think about my future, i feel hopeless, i am never looking forward to anything. Dancing is the only thing that makes me happy, but i cant do that at home because i always find some other important thing that needs to be done, going to office takes up time and effort, need to stay in office for atleast 8 hours, i like and enjoy cooking but even that becomes a task when i have to do it regularly. Following a routine is difficult because i sleep a lot too, i cannot help it, im just too sleepy almost all the time. I currently weigh 65 kgs and my height is 5'2"! I know its not normal please help.
