Gall bladder stone 2.3 cm
I have 2.3 cm of calculus found in sonography report. Kindly guide for the same. I am female age 28. Have mild pain and sense of fullness in stomach.

It is recommended to remove gall Bladder if a single done size is more than 2.5 cms. You should get it removed by laparoscopic technique.
