My father,58 yrs old recently feel pain in abdomen...doctor said to have a ultrasonography...after the test report found doctor got that there are stones present in gall bladder...and some infection too....

General measures are fat restricted diet,avoid spicy diet and fast food.
Antacid ,pain killers,antibiotics as per advice of your general surgeon.
Symptomatic gallstones may require surgical procedure called cholecystectomy,
