[ ] Hi if there is no upper abdominal pain / post meal fullness / discomfort / upper back pain , then you don't require surgery. This is asymptomatic gall stone. In case you develop any of above symptoms then you require surgery. There is no any medicines in present world to dissolve gall bladder stone. Laparoscopic approach is gold standard for gall bladder removal. You can read my article on Practo- Gall bladder stone.Feel free to ask any further quary.

Gallstones can it be treated surgically by laparoscopic removal of gallbladder i.e. laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Tiny gallstones can easily slip into bile duct leading to jaundice and pancreatitis. kidney stones do not require treatment if they are less than 5 mm in size they usually pass off in urine as long as the patient consumes plenty of liquids
Next Steps
Please visit a general and laparoscopic surgeon who can examine her and guide further treatment. She may require further tests like urine routine and microscopy as well as liver function tests
