Even if hypothetically we accept that the gall stones got dissolved, it doesn't cure the basic issue. The problem lies in the gall bladder and it can produce symptoms at times serious and acute even without stones in it. Stones or sludges may develop later in the course of the disease and can lead to additional problems like passage in bile duct leading to obstructive jaundice or acute pancreatitis. You need to see a surgeon and seek advice. In all probability she needs surgery.

Gall stones cannot be dissolved. The disease is not about gall stones but an inflamed unhealthy gall bladder for which there is no medicine to reverse the process. The safest and easiest way is to remove the gall bladder by laparoscopy. That is the standard treatment worldwide. As for reflux... it should decrease after the surgery.... but it depends on severity.
Next Steps
Consult a surgeon.
Health Tips
