Dear sir,
My wife had gallbladder stone of size 5mm which was recently passed through CBD . Due to this pancreatic got infected and reported that peri pancreatic fatastranding . Now with this situation gallbladder removal is still necessary.

It all depends on your further clinical course.persistent swelling and inflammation in gall bladder called acalculus cholycystectomy that may also require surgical removal of the gall bladder.consult a general surgeon in the locality for the clinical physical examination and evaluate your clinical spectrum
