Yes berberis vulgaris Q will be helpful in call stone.. but that is not the only medicine for it .it needs proper consultation in such cases which leads to correct constitutional medicine.

Berberis will be like a guess work. And it may disolve the stone but it will not cure the tendency of deposition of Stones.. it needs constitutional treatment..
