Gap in spinal cord L4 @ L5

Asked for Female, 44 Years

My mother is suffering from lower back pain since 3/4 years. Now the pain has become unbearable . As per the MRI report of her done in 2016 she has gap in the L4 & L5 .. Now all I want to ask is what kind of treatment should be given to her ..and suggest the best dr in delhi

Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

What do u mean gap n bone normally there is gap but this get reduce and gives.
